2004 Ford Expedition ticking noise?

There is a ticking noise coming from the passenger side in the very back panel. I think that it has something to do with the rear a/c motor, but am not positive. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how was it fixed? and what is it called?
 
some guy was asking a few days ago and i thought it was the ABS system...im a chevy guy sooo..good idea to get a 20 dollar shop manual at any auto prts store..if your working on ur car u need it...if someone else is you still need it to figure out whats wrong and how bad they r ripping u off...when at parts store ask the guy/gal ..they know a lot [believe it or not] but real experts are ford dealer parts dept...they give great FREE advice...
 
its not that its the back door(boot) hinge and it is clicking because the screw holding it in place is loose just tighten the screw and away you go
