2004 Ford Crown Victoria PI 4.6l v8 water from exaust on take off.?

When idling makes gurgling sound like boat exhaust (underwater). Is there a way to solve this problem or is it ok as is
This is my taxicab and usually runs 8-10 hours a day!!!
 
your engine will make some condensation that comes out the tailpipe, especially when the engine is cold. I would bet that you only drive short distances, not allowing the exhaust to heat up enough to boil the water out of the exhaust. You can also take a small drill bit, and drill a hole in the end of your muffler, below the tailpipe, that will help get rid of the condensation!
