I've got a 2004 ram 4x4 and I haven't used my 4wd in a little while. I live on a dirt road and the road was just grated and the dirt was soft and to keep from getting stuck in one of the corners I went to shift into 4H and all the shifter did was move freely all the way from the 4L position to the 4H position. Any suggestions to whats the problem will be greatly appriciated.
