2004 Dodge Neon transmission questions?

i have a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0 L automatic. The transmission needs to be replaced so I'm loking for a used one. What years are compatible, how much work is involved, will the computer need anything done to it, what should i do to the new one such as the torque converter seal, special tools required, etc. This will be my first time doing this so all info will be much appreciated.
