I have a 2004 dodge neon...it starts but it doesnt want to and i have to try alot to get it to...just bought a brand new battery...they tested my starter and alternater and said they re fine..its acting like it isnt getting feul...i ran some expensive injector cleaner through it but it hasnt made a difference...it doesnt have these starting problems all the time..only sometimes..and its not only when its hot ..or any pattern like that...could it be the computer chip in the key? i dont know what ele to try..i checked all the wiring and connections to the starter and battery
