2004 Dodge neon Srt-4 or an 1997 Eclipse GSX?

Now i'm stuck on which one to get. the Srt-4 is $8,000 and the GSX is $7,000. they both are good cars, but in your opinion which would you chose and why?
the srt has 83,000 miles but needs a clutch. The Gsx has 82,000 miles
