I have 2004 Dodge Intrepid SE 2.7L 106,000 miles, I recently had my transmission professional rebuilt, transmission fluids & filter are brand new. The Speedometer are jumping crazy and I have retrived code P0700 from the dashboard ( where mileage is). Does this mean My TCM are going to be defective? How can I fixed this problem? This is the only code I have got.
