2004 Dodge Durango- CA emissions question - SMOG?

I am planning on purchasing a 2004 Dodge Durango from NV and I was wondering if most vehicles of this year, specifically my 2004 Durango, are 50-state emission certified? Do they still make 49-state certified vehicles?

I am going to look at it tomorrow and check under the hood, but I want to make sure before I waste my time.

Nevada and California have almost identical emissions laws, but just to make certain look at the data on the emissions decal usually under the hood on the radiator support.
