2004 crown victoria steel rim question.....?

my car 2004 crown victoria they gave me rims for 03 and earlier so the stick out little bit, the correct tire size is 225/60/16 97h my tire is 225/60/16 98h and if i put this tire on the original rim for the car will it still stick out or fit inside wheel well thanks and what is 97h and 98h if u know?
