I have a 2004 Sebring that has recently decided not to turn fire. When I turn the key i hear a clicking sound and the dash and interior lights start flashing in sync with the clicks. I checked the fuses and batt cables, and the batt it self and all of it checks out ok. The only thing that happened today that was odd was we went through a bit of water but it did not stall the engine and the car operated normally until we got home then the car gave out and has not fired since.
