2004 Chrysler Sebring Bearing Screw's or Bolts?

ok so i wana put spacer's on my wheels to line up with the fenders....Back cant go to thick cuz the screws where i put the tire arent longenough..i can get the tire on and screw it in but its not much and im afraid the tire can fall so what i need is the bearing screws or bolts whatever they are and make them longer and remove the short ones that are currently on the beairng....if youknow what i mean what are they called and where can i find them for my car...or can i just go into a bolt and screw store and find something to replace them with
