2004 Cadillac SRX Advice on buying one plz help?

Hi i was looking into buying a 2004 cadillac srx the car has a sunroof and has 97000 miles on it i checked the car fax it was first bought a lease car also it says that the wiring harness was repaired? what could that mean also this one has a black bar going across the motor and another one that i looked at didn't have that bar what does the bar do? the car is priced at 10900 a 3 year powertrain warranty is coming with a car is that a good price car fax is clean do u know if im going to have a lot of problems with the car because of the high miles? please help
