I had a rsx, put it in mechanic shop replaced clutch, flywheel and sensor.$2500.00. They called me to let me know car was ready, went to pick it up, and when i got there they told me they had taken it to be washed and it was involved in major accident. Driver of my car was at red lite, a rodeo slammed into my car, my car hit truck, truck hit another truck, my car is a complete total. Driver of rodeo has no insurance. I end up filing a claim with my insurance, they pay. The mechanic shop is demanding that I pay my bill, am I responsible for it? cant he file a claim against his insurance for his losses?
