2004.0 Dodge 3500 DRW Cummins is squeaky, what could it be?

At idle, trans in R N D 2 1 sounds like the belt squealing, and it does get faster with increased RPM's, but disappears in Park.

sounds like its coming from front of engine/belt..
Louder under than over engine, sounds like coming from harmonic balancer area

a/c compressor on or off doesn't affect it,
volts at alt are 14.40, New alt 2yrs ago
replaced water pump a year ago,

ATF has bubbles on stick, but it has always been bubbly,
rebuilt trans 6 mos ago

PS Fluid level is good

Completely disappears in Park

what else should I look for?
 
I am assuming that you removed all engine belts and noise is still there? If so this is most likely a bad pump in trans. slim possibilty of defective torque convertor
