2003 Toyota Corolla problems?

My radio will cut out while driving. It will happen on its' own or when I raise/lower the window, pressing on the brake/gas. It is happening more often now so I'm getting concerned. More importantly the car has completely shut off in the last two months WHILE driving. Can anyone assist me before an accident occurs?
The radio shuts off for about 5 second and then starts up again.

When the car shuts off, it is without warning.
 
check speaker wires in the door panel/ look behind the brake pedal to see if brake pedal is either pushing or pulling on the radio hot wire to the fuse box,or has rubbed a bare spot in the hot wire, then check your relays for stereo.
