2003 Mazda Protege Questions?

I have a 2003 mazda protege which is a DX, and my drivers and back left passengers door handle have broken off! I want to know the cheapest way to fix that. I also need 2 tail light lenses and I refuse to pay $300 from the Mazda dealer for tail lights! I want new interior carpet for my car and I want to know how much that will cost me. and I'm wondering how much would it cost to turn my car into power locks and windows?
 
Not joking: what you want is another car. Why spend the time and effort into converting a car that it seems doesn't fit your desires?

Your door handle question is confusing to me. Were they the inner or outer handles? Either way, you will be able to locate these at an aftermarket parts place, like O'Reilly Auto or Autozone.
