Hello, I have a 2003 Mazda Protege LX and the Check Engine light came on. The car still drove normal (Regular RPMs, temps, all gauges fine etc. engine ran good).
When I found the nearest gas station, I opened the hood and found that the Radiator cap was off, would this cause the Check Engine Light to come on?
I'm asking on here, because this just happened about an hour ago and it's night, so all the shops etc. are closed.
