2003 Honda Accord A/C only working on passenger side?

Ok..I have a 2003 Honda Accorrd LX..Just tryed to use the A/C yesterday and came to find out that the A/C is only working on the passenger side...The drivers side is working somewhat but the air is not half as cold as the air that is coming out of the passenger side vents? What could the probelm be? Why would it work on one side of the car but not the other? Is this expensive to fix? HELP me please before it hits the 100 degree weather...Thanks
No the vent is definatly open I feel air coming out its just not cold air it is warm...
 
Is your vent shut off pushed to the right side to allow for proper air flow? Under the drivers left side vent is a little switch.
 
The vent runs from the passenger side to the driver side through a tube that is either behind the dashboard or under it. Check to see if the tube is not under the dashboard, if it is, it may have gotten knocked loose.
