my 2003 Ford Taurus bumps/hits everytime that i go over a speed bump or when i leave my house (on the driveway) =/...i drive really slow so on speed bumps and when i am leaving my house but it usually still hits =/ my dad kinda shaved/cut a small part of the bumber (on the bottom) that seems to be the part that hits, and it doesn't hit as hard now, but it still hits, why? =/
