2003 Ford F-350 7.3L Diesel? How long can these things go, miles wise?

I am looking to buy a Ford F-350 7.3L Diesel Reg. Cab long bed 4X4. It has cruise control and tilt wheel and all that other stuff except for electric windows or locks. It has 115,000 miles on it and they want $9,999 for it. Is that a good price? I just wanted to know how long these trucks will last 200,000 miles, 300,000 miles... and when I ask that, I mean how long will it be before they don't have anymore get up and go? I have no clue I have never owned a Diesel but I heard they last a long time though. So please help me and Thank you to all who answer.
 
well sir my dad has a '95 Ford F-350 4x4 with the 7.3 in it and he has had virtually no problems aside from the usual things that wear out periodically but he has over 250k on it and its still running strong and that is a pretty good price considering you will probably get another 200k miles out of it
