my friend has a 2003 Ford Explorer sport that has a faulty taillight.... all others work except for the rear drivers side.. although it burns when the lights are on but does not get brighter when the brakes are aplied.. Thinking it may be a ground problem cause we changed out the bulb and the socket. Where is the ground wire for this located ( where does it end) and what should happen when doing the test probe
