We have a 2003 dodge neon we got behind on payments and the told us we could have it for 3000.00 dollars. It runs just needs a battery and some tlc. Its a good car and if you have the access to mechanic stuff you could have you a good car for pretty cheap. Let me know if your interested. I could give you more information and pics.
