2003 dodge neon sxt is stuck?

I was leaving to go to the store and i went in reverse it was fine. I hit the brakes and it made a noise, now it will not move. I tried rocking it back and forth. When i go forward it wont move, as if you were stuck in mud. When i go in reverse it will go back a couple of inches and i hear a clunk in my rear passenger side what could it be.
Bh the way i haven't driven it in two days and it has rained both days. And i always got squeaking and locking up when initially moving in wet weather, but never to the point where they got stuck completely
 
This does not sound safe to drive even if you got it freed up. Have it towed in and fixed. You should have looked at it when it was locking up initially when moving in wet weather. These things do not just fix them self. now you will have to pay for a tow AND still fix it.

It could be a bad wheel bearing, a accident waiting to happen.
