2003 dodge neon sxt a good, reliable car?

i own a 2001 dodge neon, it has about 140k on it and im thinking about trading it in for a black 03 neon sxt with about 130k on it. ad i wanna know if these are just as reliable as the older neons. the only problems i've had with my 01 was with the timing belt and water pump. am i looking at the same problems with the sxt?

any kind of input would be great,
