I have a 2003 Dodge Neon when i try to start it sometimes it will on the first try but i have to hold the key in for a while if not then it takes 2 or 3 tries and when it does start the car feels shaky and the engine wants to go but its not smooth, at stop lights it feels like it wants to die on me almost. when im on the freeway it drives nice. One time i tried to start it and it just made a really loud screeching noise and then the next time it worked. I think its the timing belt but im not sure.
2003 dodge neon has trouble starting up, not sure what is wrong?
