2003 Dodge Caravan Power Seat Only Moves Forward & Backward One Inch?

The motor that controls F&B motion gets power, the (for lack of a better term) screws on each side (in the tracks) do engage, and the seat will move forward and backwards one inch, but that is it. I haven't totally disassembled the seat yet, as I wanted to see if anyone here has ever had the same issue.

I can't see anything block anything, but haven't taken it completely apart of course.

Any input?
