2003 Dodge 2500 HD 4wd has a hard binding noise when the wheel is locked left.?

I just did the entire front end. Balljoints, U joints, Bearings, Rotors. Its been aligned and now 1/2 the time I make a left turn at wheel lock at low speed I get a very loud binding noise.

Everything is brand new and properly installed. I suspect I have a defective wheel bearing. Any input or experience here?
