slowing down? I just got my transmission fluid flushed and changed as well as my oil and about $400 worth of other preventative maintenance type things done to my van that now has about 80,000 miles on it. Just after leaving the place where I got this tune-up, the van seemed to start making a noise and jerking a bit when I slow down from about 40-45mph to 30mph or lower. I am worried that flushing my transmission may have damaged it and I have no idea if the noise is related to the tune-up...help :-(

The trans needs to re-learn the fluid volumes for proper shifting. If this was done at a dealer, just have them go through the quicklearn procedure for your trans. If it was done at an independent shop, they may or may not have the equipment to perform this procedure. Take it to a dealer and ask to have the quicklearn done. It should be less than $100.
