My 2003 Chevy Silverado has a hard time starting up after it hasn't been started in 8 hours or so.
Every morning or anytime after I haven't started the truck after a long period of time, I have to crank the engine before it either slowly starts up or I let go and turn it over again. If I don't get it to start on the first try, it pops right on the second time. Why is this? Do I need a tune up or should I replace my spark plugs or something?? It's got about 75K miles on it and I've had both the battery and alternator checked and there at 100%. Also, I replaced my fuel pump about a year and half ago. Do my lines need to be cleaned? Any guidance is much appreciated!
