2003 chevy silverado 1500. Stalled, has all power lights radio etc. won't crank...

It could be a fuse fusible link or the ignition.

...replacd starter, and ignition? switch, neutral safety switch still won't crank

If it has a fully charged battery then it would think the in-line fusible link also.
