2003 chevy s10 cruise control replace?

i have a Chevy s10 2003 without cruise control. am i able to buy a turn signal/lights and cruise control shift knob and replace it or do i need some other hardware to go along with it

Do you want to replace a combi-switch with one that doesn't belong in your truck because your truck does not have cruise control? Or, do you want to add cruise control and the cruise control switch? The only way to get cruise control, regardless of the switch, is to install a cruise control unit on your engine as well as the correct switch to operate it. You need a steering wheel puller to get the wheel out of the way and remove and replace the old combi-switch. This job will take more than one six pack- but finish the job before the sixpack.
