2003 chevy express 3500 vibration and econoline van squeal noise?

I have problem with a express van when it go over 50mph it shakes so much, like it's going to fall apart, its not the rotors or brakes or tire.
because it only does it when cruises over 50mph sterring wheel shakes alot. van going left to right when pressing on the brake pedal
please tell me what it is. thank you

then i have 2004 ford econoline when starting there a noise between where engine and tranmission connect a squeal noise .what could it be
