2003 chevy blazer problem?

It usually happens when im going about 55- 60 mph, the abs light and the parking brake light will come on and then the speedometer will start bouncing around and the engine speed starts to fluctuate.. It happened a few times last winter and went away, now it came back.Seems to only happen in winter. Could it just be alot of snow and ice jammed in the wheels ?
 
First thing to do is get the PCM and the ABS modules scanned for codes. This should indicate which circuits are being detected as the problem area. From what you say, there is a problem being intermittently detected in the speed sensor circuit. Most likely it is the one off of the transfer case as it is used for your speed sensor and the rear wheel speeds too. I would have a gawk at the codes and then at the wiring leading from the sensor on the TC up to the passenger compartment.
