I have a '03 CTS with 140000k miles. "Theft Service System" has been initiated and won't allow me to shift gears (I have to do manually by removing the rubber cover and releasing the the pin by hand that locks gear in place) and my key will not rotate to off position to pull out(at first I had to disconnect my battery daily just to turn off car, now I found a way to release key by pulling some pin underneath my steering column that releases the key). Can someone tell me whats going on, I took it to dealership and said my PCM may be fried, lastly, I got some reads/codes from Autozone and was told about some O2 Sensor that is defective. Are these the two parts I need to repair? and where can I buy a PCM or O2 Sensor from? Please help, I can't afford another car right now...and need to fix ASAP.
