2003 buick lesabre overheating issue?

I own a 2003 buick lesabre and am having issues with it overheating. I have tried to use the stopleak and the radiator still comes up empty after a short drive and overheats within about 10 min of driving it and upon opening the hood there is coolant coming out the top of the engine. Basically I am wanting to know if all I need to do is replace the head gasket? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
First off, check and see if there's water in the oil, that will be a head gasket. Also check the hoses, water could spew all over your engine from a small hose.
