2003 ACURA 3.2 TL for 9200?

Buying a 2003 acura rl for 9200 with 70k mileage in NY.
the car looks good on the outside
just took the car to an autoshop. they said I needed to change two engine mounts and a brake pad ASAP and maybe a tire or two too

any thoughts on this? if its a good deal or not?
its TL not rl
 
Red Flag! Price too high, miles too hogh for the year (by about 10K). Appears to me that it was driven hard- most cars do not break 2 motor mounts- maybe one after 100k, that seems that they were hard on acceleration. Brakes reflect the same. And a tire or two? Sounds like hard acceleration here, too. I know FWD is harder on tires, but I suspect the "one" tire was on the front right, (maybe not now) and the other was on the front left.
