I have 2002 Toyota Sienna XLE with 144,000 miles. I live in NYC and I drive mostly all in the city driving about 90 miles a week. For the last 2 months I am averaging 7 to 9 MPG. I know I live in the city and I do tend to drive fast but this is pushing it. I did have the timing belt changed about 3 months ago along with the water pump. Before that I was doing about 11 to 14 MPG. I have also had other things replaced like air/fuel oxygen sensor (middle one),Tensioner, n a couple other parts. There is no check engine light on. Car runs well and I dont use AC at all and rarely use heat or defrost. I have 2 apps installed on my iPhone, thats how I am getting the MPG results. Why is it doing such bad MPG? Could it really be my driving or could there be a issue here?
