2002 Toyota 4Runner compared to 1999 4Runner, fair trade?

I'm thinking of trading my 2002 Toyota 4Runner 2WD with 107,000 miles for a 1999 4Runner 4WD with 96,000 miles. Mine is in great condition with no rust or any mechanical problems (only a dent in the bumper.) It really sucks with the 2WD though. The 1999 is in good shape but has a few rust spots. It has 4WD though, and 10,000 less miles. Do you think it is a fair trade? I need help deciding!
it has slight rust under the rear bumper (on the bumper) which 4runners are know for! I would probably replace the whole bumper, i'm picky. Otherwise, its pretty nice!
 
i would say no!!
stick with what you have im sure you will regret it
remember it is 10 years old!!!
and you only really know what is wrong with your own vehicle
