2002 Sony Viao setup for an elderly person now going to reformat for my spouse but under control panel>user accounts there is nothing. No menu system no option or information given; it's as if i don' thave rights. There is only the one user on the start up screen but in C:>Documents and Settings there is a hidden Default user; how do i access this user's menu system or get into the account from the load up screen or how do i get the user accounts editing menu system back?
