2002 Pontiac Grand Am factory Radio , the words LOC is the only thing it does?

there is a code that needs to be punched into the radio before it will power up. get the vin # and cal the dealer. they can give you the code.
you may also find the code in the owners manual. the dealers are supposed to put it in there. most don't though.
 
my grandaugther has a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am .she has locked herself out of her Radio the Radio says LOC and Will Not come On.
what should she do?
