2002 Mazda Millenia jerks?

My car has been jerking for the last couple of days and the check engine light comes on.. When I drive it its starts to jerk and then it smoothes out and sometimes the TCS light will come on.. What should I do
 
Check engine and TCS light are on you are having a misfire.

Retrieve the codes from Autozone (it's free) It's probably one of these P0300, P0301, P0306, and/or P1399.

This could be caused by fault with the igntion coils or spark plugs.

Could also be the traction light is on because it is not seeing a speed sensor signal . The check engine light is on for the speed sensor signal as well and probably a code for transmission shift issue. Go get the codes and then you can have more of an idea of what the problem is.
