I'm a typical woman, which means I know nothing about cars. Anyway, I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited that makes a dry rubbing sound while driving. It's almost like I can hear the wheels going over the road. It sounds like it may be coming from the front of the car. Also, sometimes while I'm on the highway it seems as if I'm drifting slightly. There could be no wind but yet I'd feel as though I am going to lose control of my vehicle. I took my car to the shop and all they did was rotate my tires and align the wheels.
