It's been extremely rainy in El Paso, TX these past few weeks. I was driving through some very deep puddles and suddenly I noticed that the overhead electric temperature gauge was showing my direction, but just dashes for the outdoor temperature. [EXAMPLE] S -- (when facing south)

Also, the radio control buttons on the steering wheel are now non-functioning as well along with the power windows (all four) and the horn won't 'chirp' when I use the remote lock/unlock function on my key-chain.
 
Sounds like you may have a BUS system failue ( communication between computers on board your vehicle) you will need to take your vehicle to a dealer to repair this problem. Sorry
