my leak has evolved to a constant drip and is now out of control. i bought a new water pump however this is not where it is leaking from. the water pu7mp i got would fit into the middle of the serpentine belt. the leak is from the bottom of the belt the lowest part. also the has many hoses running to it including the big one that runs to the bottom of the radiator. is this also a pump. what is it called. is it only leaking from there because the water pump above isnt running and all the pressure is building below it? if it is the pump and i replace it do i have to put a new seal on whatever part it is leaking from below the pump or will it stop when the prssure is relieved?
