2002 Honda Accord V6 Rev's up and down betwen 800 rpm's and 2000 rpm's constantly.?

I should add that it has it has been setting up for about 8 or 9 months, ran fine when I parked it, it has 116,000 miles on it. Have never had a problem before this. It does this when it is in park or neutral.
 
hondas are noted for this problem...they have a sensor on the intake which has engine coolant running through them and is used as like a choke. When the engine is cold it holds the idle higher and as it warms up it opens. This sensor will have two small hoses going to it, and they get clogged. You can remove the hoses and the sensor, take it apart and clean out the passages. The other issue is vacuum leaks, but I think it will be the first suggestion.
