2002 Honda Accord fog light fuse location?

I can not find where the fuses are located for my fog lights in my 2002 Honda Accord Coupe. These are factory fog lights. They both blew out and I'm trying to find out if it is the fuse, or relay, or bulbs. I see nothing on any of the fuse blocks though. Anybody know?
