2002 Honda Accord Check Engine Light problem?

I took my car in for Check Engine Light and the code was P1259. They said it was an oil pressure switch that was the problem so I had it replaced. Everything seemed fine for a couple weeks then just cruising down the highway the light popped back on last week. This morning I was driving to work and tried passing someone on the highway and it seemed when my car kicked into gear and the RPMs shot up (above 4K), the engine kind of hiccuped and stuttered a bit and I had to let off the gas. It was the same problem I had when I took it in before. Is my oil pressure switch bad again or could it be something else??
Just talked with them. They said I'm leaking oil and that is causing my problems. They told me to get engine steam cleaned and bring it back so they can find the spot of the leak. When the car was full of oil the problem did not happen.

Well i have some bad news because code 1259 is the actual v-tech code and oil pressure codes go from po520-po523. Many people do not have any idea what v-tech actually means. It's an actual oil solenoid valve that opens up above 4000 rpms and adds extra oiling to the cylinder head. To set this code po1259 you would have had your car above 4000 rpms for more than 3 seconds i believe and have this valve not work. Chances are that the valve it's self in the head is bad and setting this code. I have had it happen on a few other Honda's. I would also go back to whoever diagnosed it and have a talk with them
