I have a 2002 grand am, On my back passenger side door I'm having troubles. The door seems to be locked from the inside and I can't turn the lock so it opens the door. I can't open it from the inside or outside. I believe something is wrong with the locking system but I don't know how to go about fixing it because I can't open my door to even look at it. can anyone tell me how to open my door so I can fix the lock?
