2002 Ford Ranger....when l am on the free way it starts to vibrate on the left side...I already did a tire balancing on that left tire and it still vibrates they checked the air pressure... and when it is parked the left front side looks like it is slanted to the left...I know there's a problem but what needs to be replaced?...One good answer and not a list would help a lot and is it possible to change the horn?... thanks.
