I am trying to help my friend remove his 2002 Ford Escape Radio, we have the DIN removal tools, I push them in and they lock in place, but when I got to pull the radio out, it won't budge! I pull as hard as I can, I end up pulling the DIN removal tools out. I actually smacked myself in the nose pretty good while trying to pull the radio out.
Any suggestions?!
Just tried removing it again, still no luck...
tried removing the radio from my 2000 Ford Explorer...still no luck.
what are we doing wrong?
